Description
This is a black and white photo of Fred A. Blocker cutting a student's hair. The student is straddling a backwards-facing chair, and looking at the camera with a small smile. He has hair covering both shoulders that has fallen as it has been cut off, and he is partially bald. Blocker is smiling down at the student's head while focusing on cutting his hair. There is a door marked "123" behind Blocker and the student.
