Chemical and Biological Control of Alligator Weed
Data sheets and R script contained within "schmid_etal_alligatorweed_control.zip". R script can be ran as is with 'herbicide_data.csv' and 'thrips_data.csv' saved to the same file directory. The file "schmid_etal_results.pdf" produced from an R markdown file with the code and output from the file contained within "schmid_etal_alligatorweed_control.zip". The dependent variable in these analysis is percent biomass reduction compared to the reference treatments.
