Williams by the Central Massachusetts Civil War Roundtable in recognition for his book entitled "œThe Emancipation Proclamation." The plaque is dark brown with gold colored lettering. There is a metal plate affixed to a wood base. created by Guertin's Awards Plus (American, 1990-present)
