The round patch is a Boy Scouts of America commemorative item from the 1981 Lincoln Pilgrimage held in Springfield, Illinois. The patch features hues of red, yellow, white, and blue. At its center, embroidered images of a bugle and the Boy Scouts of America insignia are depicted.
