Description

This color postcard features two Jackson, Mississippi Schools. The school on the upper part of the card is a red brick three story building with a dark roof. The title at the top of the image identifies it as "Davis School, Jackson, Miss." The school in the lower part of the card is a white or light colored three sorry building with four chimney's and arched windows and a tall arched entrance. The title above the image identifies the image as "Lee School, Jackson, Miss." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard. A green one cent postage stamp is in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked Jackson, Mississippi, January 28, 1906. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Miss H. C. Fisher in Wesson, Mississippi.
