Description

This black and white postcard features a large three story building with a tower I the center and a turret on the right. The entrance is arched and two chimney's and one dormer window are visible on the roof. The title in the upper left reads "Graded School, Greenwood, Miss." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked twice. The first postmark is for Greenwood, Mississippi and the second is for Greenville, Mississippi. Both postmarks are dated February 12, 1908. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Mr. Sam Montgomery in Greenville, Mississippi.

Dear Sam--I am looking forward with [?] to the visit from you and Mimie next week. Will you not come on the 18th Please let me know on what train to expect you. Don't disappoint me. 2-11-09 H. M. [?]
