Description

This black and white postcard features multiple large stacks of lumber in a lumber yard. Two smoke stacks, a water tower and a burner tower are seen in the center of the image. The title in the upper right is in red and reads "Birdseye View of Lamb-Fish Lumber Co.'s Yards, Charleston, Miss." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for correspondence, postmark, and address placement. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked March 22, [1906]. The location of the postmark is not visible. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Don F Wright Esq. in Ticumseh, Michigan.
