A second floor balcony with white railing is in the center above the front porch. White columns line the side porches. People are lounging on the front steps and on the porch. The title in the top right reads "President's Home, Normal College, Hattiesburg, Miss." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for address and postage stamp placement.
