Description

This black and white postcard features a two story brick building with arched windows. The title of the card reads "Third Ward School Building, Hattiesburg, Miss." An inscription is written above and below the image. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides photographer information as well as indication for address placement. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked twice. The first postmarked is Hattiesburg, Mississippi June 25, 1907 and the second postcard is Clinton, Mississippi June 27, 1907. The card is addressed to Margaret Potes in Clinton, Mississippi.

How are you Margaret? I am enjoying the Normal fine. I have every bit of my time full. Hattiesburg is a very pretty place I walked in yesterday. We did get so tired. Write to me. [the rest was cut off in scanning] [sic]
