Description

This black and white picture postcard features uniformed men getting water from a hanging waterbag among tents. The title along the bottom of the card reads "Camp waterbag in service at the Encampment, U. S. National Guard--Camp Shelby, Hattiesburg, Miss. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for address and postage stamp placement.
