Description

This color postcard features the interior booths, tables, counter, stools, and kitchen of a restaurant identified in the title at the top as the "Elite Cafe." The image of a man's face is within a circle in the upper right of the card. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for postage stamp placement. The description in the upper left of the card reads "Elite cafe. "Pride of Vicksburg." Service Deluxe, Open all Nite. Air-Conditioned. 1317 Washington, Frank Saines, Prop. We wish to announce that a compete change in the decorations and furnishings has been made. This gives the public the services of the most modern cafe in the historic city of Vicksburg, backed by 35 years of experience."
