Description

This stereograph features a large bridge over the Mississippi River from Illinois to Missouri. A steamboat can be seen on the water heading beneath the bridge. The title along the bottom right edge proclaims the bridge to be a "$10,000,000 bridge (west)over the Mississippi at St. Louis, Missouri." The publisher's name is printed on either end of the images. The back of the stereograph provides a brief history of the bridge.
