Transcript of William A. Love's manuscript history, entitled "Autobiographical Sketch and Narrative Help's in Mississippi History." This history, written in longhand by Love around 1925, is an attempt to tell Mississippi's history from the appearance of the Native Americans through to the early twentieth century, with his own family's story woven in. The transcript includes a Foreword written by Dr. Gerald Chaudron (2013) for a published version of the manuscript which is available in Special Collections. A separate index to the transcript is also included.
