MSS. 370. 1884-1926, 1966-1967. 3 cubic feet. Correspondence, school records, receipts, and miscellany of the C.H. Williams family of Yazoo City, Mississippi. The majority of the letters were written by the Williams children while attending schools in Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Principal subjects include family affairs, trips to New York City and Washington, D.C., and events at school. Several letters mention Senator John Sharp Williams, brother of C.H. Williams, and include a description of his House of Representatives service in 1894. Additions in process.
