Description

A pamphlet providing the order of events, an address given for the event, and "Why We Honor Abraham Lincoln" written by William E. Barton for the "Lincoln Birthday Service". Photographs of "standing Lincoln" statue in Chicago and of William E. Barton are included as well. The cover of the pamphlet consists of the title, the author, the location of the service, and an ornate, triangular stamp in the center. A photo of Abraham Lincoln with banners above and below him reading "EX LIBRIS" and "C. E. SIMMONS" is on the inside of the cover.
