Description

This pamphlet is a compilation of the following lectures presented to the Chicago Bar Association: Recollections of the early Chicago and Illinois bar by Isaac N. Arnold, Recollections of the bench and bar of central Illinois by James C. Conkling, and The lawyer as a pioneer by Thomas Hoyne. The pamphlet includes an advertisement for Ferguson Printing Company's reprint of ""Reynold's History of Illinois"" published in 1879 and an introduction to the lectures.
