Racial Segregation in a Multiracial Society
Abstract
This dataset contains municipal and county level data to examine trends of residential segregation across four decades (1990-2020). The primary variable of concern is the index of dissimilarity (D), that measures segregation between Non-Hispanic Black, Non-Hispanic White, and Hispanic populations. The data is stacked to allow for fixed effects modeling across the decades.
