Instrument Collection
Description
This machine plays large 5-inch diameter cylinders for increased volume. Concert phonographs were short-lived due to the fragility and bulk of the cylinders. The oak case has an all-enveloping cover. This instrument has a 4-foot brass horn which also provides greater volume.
