Description
The 24 Mississippi free 'Victory' bulls and the 24 lucky applicants out of the nearly 1200 sent from Mississippi. Also pictured is the extra free ""Attendance"" bull and the lucky 4-H boy who drew this bull. Left to right, the receivers of the bulls are: A.T. Hughey, Dumas; Martin Smith, Louisville; L.H.
