Description
The photographs features a black and white image of Ward Hill Lamon, the self-appointed bodyguard of Abraham Lincoln. In the photograph, Lamon stands in a suit and tie with his proper right elbow resting on a pillar. The photograph was found inside an envelope along with two other albumen prints.
