Description
The obverse design features the right-side profile of Henry David Thoreau, an American abolitionist and transcendentalist poet best known for his work Walden. One the reverse, a lakeside scene is depicted. Rays of sunshine shine down on the water, and its banks are surrounded by trees and other natural vegetation.
