Description

The Christmas ornament honors Franklin Pierce, 14th President of the United States. The ornament's design is inspired by the White House renovations that took place in 1853-1854. At the ornament's front a color image of the White House is depicted and the gold frame is made in the likeness of mirrors Pierce hung in the state parlors. At the ornament's top, a maroon silk ribbon is attached for hanging.
