Description
The engraving features a head and shoulders portrait of Abraham Lincoln, who faces slightly to his proper left. He wears a dark coat and tie. The image is surrounded by a circular border and is flanked by oak leaves. Lincoln's name and birth and death dates are inscribed below the image on what appears to be a pillar. The engraving was taken from a portrait painting created by William Edgar Marshall in 1865.
