Description
Color print, "Two special trains brought the crowds to the debate at Freeport..." Depicts scene from Lincoln-Douglas debate. One of a set of prints [4708.1-15] in envelope [4708.17] with sheet of explanatory text [4708.16] depicting the Lincoln Dioramas at the Chicago Historical Society. Abraham Lincoln is depicted standing on a platform while addressing a crowd. In the background of the image, there is a rendering of a tree and cloudy sky.
