Description
The round patch is a Boy Scouts of America, Narragansett Council, item recognizing its 1957 Junior Leaders Conference. It appears in hues of blue, green, gold, red, black, brown, and white. At its center, an image of Robert Baden-Powell against the Boy Scouts of America insignia is pictured.
