Description
The rectangular patch is a Boy Scouts of America commemorative item for the 53rd Lincoln Pilgrimage, held in 1986 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The patch features hues of blue, white, and black. At its center, an embroidered image of the White House is depicted.
