Description

This is a rectangular shaped folder. It is caramel colored. On the front, there is a silver foil with an intricate illumination. It is mounted to the caramel colored folder. On the top of the illumination, there is a depiction of the American flag. In the bottom left of the illumination, there is an eagle holding a flag. In the bottom left of the illumination, there is an oval shaped portrait of George Washington.
