Description

The chromolithograph depicts a standing Prince Otto Edward Leopold von Bismarck-Schonhausen of Germany in his military uniform. He rests his proper left hand on a table that is covered with maps and his helmet. The lithograph is accompanied by a photocopy of a short article that originally appeared with the lithograph.
