In the background of the image, there is a partially obstructed view of the West Virginia capital building. from a sculpture by Bernard Wiepper (American,1926-2009) from a sculpture by Fred Martin Torrey (American, 1884-1967) inspired by poem by Vachel Lindsay (American, 1879-1931)
