Description
The black and white photograph depicts Lincoln's funeral train crossing a bridge as it enters Chicago, Illinois. Several people are pictured standing at the water's edge, watching the train. A leaning fence is also pictured. Writing has been superimposed on the photograph across the fence. A stamp appears on the reverse. The photograph was enclosed within a black frame, but was removed for preservation.
