Description

The etching depicts a Native American village located along the Missouri River. In the scene, a series of trees and teepees are pictured to the left of the river. To the right, one Native American man sits horseback, watching a group of seven horses take water from the river. Clouds, hills, and natural vegetation are pictured in the background. The etching was found inside a picture frame behind another print. It has been cut into two halves. The left side's bottom border and the right side's top border have been cut away.
