Description

The stereograph features a black and white image of the State Bed Room (also known as the Lincoln Room), located at the White House in Washington, D. C. The finishes depicted in the room would have been in use in the 1870s. The room features a bed draped in fabric, a wardrobe, chairs, a table, a sofa, and other miscellaneous pieces. A gas globe chandelier hangs in the center of the room. The image is mounted on a cream card with rounded corners.
