Description

The object is an 1860 republican election ballot from the state of Massachusetts. Abraham Lincoln and Hannibal Hamlin's names are prominently displayed at the top above a bust image of Lincoln that is featured between two flags and between the words REPUBLICAN TICKET. All text and images are printed in black ink. It is enclosed in a black, rectangle frame, which features a handwritten inscription on the back.
