It is surrounded by a ring of stars and a decorative border. At the sides of the box's base, a leafy garland and three bald eagles and shields are shown. No information is included at the base.

Made by Ceramarte, Brazil, # 05479. The top of the stein is a pewter rendering of the United States Capital dome with President Abraham Lincoln standing at the top. The middle of the stein is ornately decorated with an oval shaped portrait of President Abraham Lincoln. Surrounding the oval shaped portrait, there are several depictions of significant events in President Abraham Lincoln's life. This object is in the original box with styrofoam protecter.

In his proper right, he holds an ax. He is dressed in a blue shirt, black pants boots, and suspenders. A log cabin is pictured in the image's background. The tile was originally mounted in an open wooden frame with a velvet backing, but the velvet backer has since become detached due to the disintegration of the adhesive.
