Description

The porcelain tile features a reproduction print of Norman Rockwell's Lincoln the Railsplitter (1964). In the print, Lincoln stands while reading a book held in his proper left hand. In his proper right, he holds an ax. He is dressed in a blue shirt, black pants boots, and suspenders. A log cabin is pictured in the image's background. The tile was originally mounted in an open wooden frame with a velvet backing, but the velvet backer has since become detached due to the disintegration of the adhesive.
