Description
This handwritten memoranda, dated May, June, and August of 1862, is a detailed list of items received by the U. S. Army from Peleg Clarke, Jr. that has not yet been paid for and the costs of each item. The memo goes on to describe property stolen or destroyed by "Rebels and their minions" for which the United States had no particular benefit.
