The map is captioned "Map of Hampton Roads and Vicinity." name of both a body of water in the United States that serves as a wide channel for the James, Nansemond and Elizabeth rivers between Old Point Comfort and Sewell's Point. This illustration is from volume five of Abraham Lincoln : A History by John G. Nicolay and John Hay.
