Description

This document, dated May 15, 1861, is a land patent for a tract of 160 acres of land in Bourbon County Kansas signed to John F. Boshe by William Osborn Stoddard, the recorder of the General Land Office, on behalf of President Abraham Lincoln. The document bears the image of a United States flag in the upper left corner of the page and contains the seal of the United States President in the lower left corner. The patent was recorded on November 16, 1878.
