Description

This deed, dated January 19, 1828, is a land deed for a parcel of land in Charlestown, Rhode Island sold to Percy Healy by Clark and Jonathan Healy. The deed describes the location of the land sold and was "signed sealed and delivered pin person of" Clark Healy and Jonathan Healy, Witnessed by Robert Percy and William T. Browning. The deed was received by the Charlestown clerk's office on January 19, 1828 and was recorded in the 6th Book of Land Evidence in Charlestown on page 176 on January 26, 1928 by the town clerk, Samuel Stanton. The pages have some light tearing on the edges.
