Description
The object is a souvenir state of Illinois license plate that features a bust image of Abraham Lincoln in the background. Instead of numbers, the word ILLINOIS is written across the plate. The plate is enclosed in a brown wooden frame and is surrounded by three mats in hues of red, white, and blue.
