Description

The small poster is a promotional item released by Truman State University to advertise an event during a three-semester series commemorating the two hundredth anniversary of the birth of Abraham Lincoln. On the poster is a vignette image of Lincoln's right-side profile that fades into an illustration of the United States flag. The image is signed by the artist, Trimborn. The remainder of the poster promotes a book signing and open discussion given by Timothy Good, author of We Saw Lincoln Shot: One Hundred Eyewitness Accounts, The Lincoln-Douglas Debates, and Making of a President.
