Description

The portrait depicts Abraham Lincoln and his son, Tad, reading from a book. Lincoln sits wearing glasses on his face while holding a book in his lap. Both Lincoln and Tad focus their gaze toward the book as Lincoln uses his proper right hand to turn a page. This particular object appears to have been removed from a book. Its reverse includes the title to two works, page numbers, and an image entitled Theire Sitting at Meate.
