State of Louisiana Paperweight

Description
The paperweight features a removable metal ball, which is displayed on a wooden base. The wooden base features green felt on its bottom and top in a cutout where the ball sits. The ball, when packaged, is enclosed in a black leather pouch that features the Louisiana state seal on its front.
