The round patch is a Migisi Opawgan (Boy Scouts of America Lodge 162) commemorative item from the 1977 Lincoln Pilgrimage. The patch features hues of red, yellow, white, blue, and brown. In the center, embroidered images of a bust portrait of Abraham Lincoln, an American Flag, and a bald eagle are depicted.
