The rectangular patch is a commemorative item from the 63rd annual Lincoln Pilgrimage, held in 1996 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The patch appears in hues of gray, white, red, blue, and black. At its center, an image of United States Capitol Dome under construction is depicted.
