The round patch is a commemorative item recognizing the bicentennial anniversary of the Civil War. It features hues of yellow, white, silver, red, and blue. At the patch's center, an embroidered image of intersecting Union and Confederate flags is depicted. An Union military hat and a war drum are also pictured.
