The round patch is a Boy Scouts of America Detroit Area Council commemorative item for its 1978 Lincoln Day Pilgrimage. The patch features hues of white, black, yellow, red, and blue. At the its center, a right-facing bust portrait of Abraham Lincoln is depicted against a silhouette of the state of Michigan. The Boy Scouts of America insignia is also pictured.
