The rectangular patch is a California Inland Empire Council (Boy Scouts of America) commemorative item for the 56th annual Lincoln Pilgrimage, held in 1995. The patch appears in hues of brown, blue, and yellow. At its center, an image of the Lincoln Memorial Shrine is pictured.
