The rectangular patch is a Lincoln Trails Council (Boy Scouts of America) commemorative item from the 1988 Lincoln Pilgrimage. The patch features hues of black, red, gray, and white. At its center, an embroidered image of Abraham Lincoln in a horse and buggy is depicted. The Boy Scouts of America insignia is also pictured.
