The round patch is a California Inland Empire Council (Boy Scouts of America) commemorative item for the 1982 Lincoln Pilgrimage. The patch features hues of brown and yellow. At its center, an embroidered image of a brick building is pictured. A bust portrait of Abraham Lincoln is also featured at the building's top center.
